Recipe 2: Chicken Sausage and Pesto Pasta

This is one of my favorite recipes if I'm looking for something quick and something with. maximum flavor. I love pairing their sweet Italian, spicy Italian, or roasted garlic chicken sausage with some pasta, and some sauteed veggies (like cherry tomatoes, mushrooms + onions) with pesto for an easy weeknight dinner. Simply cook your pasta, and saute your veggies and chicken sausage in a tablespoon of olive oil. Toss it all together with pesto or your favorite pasta sauce.

Pro tip: save a bit of your pasta water to take your dish to the next level. Top with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if you want a bit of spice.) I like using brown rice pasta during the week, chickpea pasta is also a great option, or just regular pasta works, too!
