It was very nice and lovely place to stay

This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel on Ctrip.com. Stay one night in Fort Lauderdale and board the cruise the next day. I didn't get a good rest at all that night. I was woken up by a knock on the door at around 1 a.m., and it became quiet after that. I thought someone might be having fun over the weekend and knocked on the wrong door. Half an hour later, I was frightened by the overwhelming knocks on the door. I felt that the hotel was on fire. I jumped up and opened the door while thinking about what to bring with me to escape... When I opened the door, I saw a man and a woman who claimed to be hotel security guards and wanted to check our passports. At about this time, The residents next door and across the door opened their doors and poked their heads in the door. During check-in, our passports have been shown to the counter and copied. Why do we need to check again in the middle of the night? We explained the situation, and the man called the intercom and talked to the hotel for a while, and then said it was okay. Staff was very helpful, and rooms were clean and updated. Valet was quick and easy, and the bikes were a nice little bonus to ride around the area.

From the moment you arrive at this hotel you feel welcomed and informed from the staff at check in. Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable. We ate in the dinning room for breakfast and dinner two nights in a row. Although there are restaurants all around we chose to stay in house. We found the food delicious and staff so friendly that we wanted to come back. We have stayed at a lot of hotels before traveling to Europe and cruising. We will now only come back here. Why would you not want to start your travel in a positive way. We highly recommend this hotel!

Super friendly staff throughout. Great breakfast, and the bar is nicely set up to catch a game. It's downtown so expect street noise at night, but it wasn't enough to keep me up. A nice spot for a pre-cruise stay if you don't care for the beach or airport.

Friendly staff and convenient location. The rooms were simple and clean. As a business traveler, I wish there was a market available on site for refreshments and basic needs, the closest convenience store was about a 15 minute walk away.

The propert was convenient and close to restaurants. Our room was a bit dusty, but otherwise clean. I would stay here again.

Customer Service was exceptional all around. All the staff were very helpful, and pleasant, from our check-in to check-out.
