Indian restaurant

Spices of India is a popular Indian restaurant that offers takeout dinner every Saturday. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is known for its delicious and spicy food. Their naan bread is especially tasty, and they have a wide range of vegetarian options available. Recently, they organized a Diwali fest at their Village Walk branch, which was a vibrant and colorful event with buffet dinner, unlimited drinks, and entertainment. This restaurant is highly recommended for those who want to experience authentic Indian cuisine.

I'm sharing the pictures of Diwali fest organized by Mr. Kenny, the owner of Spices of India restaurant at the Village Walk branch of the restaurant. This fest was held on the weekend following Diwali. Buffet dinner along with unlimited drinks and entertainment. It was a vibrant and colorful evening.

A must for all who wish for a taste of home. Even idly and sambar is available. Served with a smile. Predominantly North Indian cuisine. Tasty spicy food.

Dr rao sateesh — Google review

Friendly, Attentative and Hospitable. The server was quite welcoming. Server recommended options while I was contemplating my order. Gave compliments occasionally, and came to clear up finished items while I ate. Always being polite while interacting. The down side is the location, it has all the nuisances you come to expect in an open food court type of setting.

Taurean Allen — Google review

Regardless of the fact that the food is far from the Indian taste, the workers are not good at dealing with customers and are rude. You also have to wait more than an hour to get your order, which in the end will not make you feel full...a bad experience and the prices are different from the menu prices.I don't advise anyone to try it

Elie Shammas — Google review

I really enjoyed the Vegetable Biryani. It was well seasoned with different herbs and spices. The Garlic Naan was also tasty.I couldn't wait to taste the Samosa. Sadly, it wasn't like my previous experience. The peas were too pronounced. If fresh peas aren't available then it is preferable to use lentils rather than canned peas or frozen peas. The tamarind sauce went well with the Samosa though. Another big disappointment for me was that the Indian style drinks were only available at the Redcliffe Street branch. The consistency of the Shrimp Goan Curry was too runny and I would have preferred if the shrimp were grilled rather than boiled.Spicy levels:Mild- Lightly spicedMedium- SpicySpicy- Super spicy (Point of no return)**At least two waiters needed.** See Full Review On Instagram @gourmetdelion **

Great Indian food ... All dishes that we had

Pardeep Pabila — Google review

I ordered Chicken Tikka Massla and the guy said it would be ready in 30mins. I went there and had to wait over an hour for my food. And the guy ended charging 45$ when he said 35$.The place is so unhygienic, and he went further to ignore me and serve the other Indian guy. Be careful guys. The reviews are so true.

Indian restaurant

A newly opened restaurant serving Indian cuisine, Indian Summer is a great spot for sunset dinners with spectacular views of the Atlantic. The food is very good, with some vegetarian and vegan options, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

Loved this for a sunset dinner! The kulsha is the best naan-style bread I’ve ever had and the Goan fish curry (with its tamarind tanginess) fits the Caribbean mood perfectly. Also recommend all the biryanis! The desserts are mediocre.

Maria Wilczek — Google review

The atmosphere is very welcoming and has cozy feeling to it. The service is good and so was the food. Definitely stopping by again to try more from the extensive menu that they offer

Dé-Vonté Hunte — Google review

Peaceful atmosphere, good food, great oceanside view. Wonderful for sunset. Would definitely recommend! Good vegetarian options also!

Amanda Ruddle — Google review

Always an excellent good choice where consistency is maintained. You can have a single experience but it's worth the share with others. The cost is very affordable. Have your take away bag at hand.

Andrew Nurse — Google review

“If I could rate the service, it would be a zero! This experience was awful. We were treated poorly, especially considering it was my little sister’s birthday with a group of 12 people. Despite being the largest table, we had to pour our own drinks, wait excessively for service, and were blatantly ignored. The staff seemed disinterested, and there was a shocking $117 service charge on the bill. When we raised concerns, we were rudely asked to leave the restaurant. The only positive was the food quality. Here's a rephrased version:This was absolutely the last visit for us. When we refused to pay the service charge due to the terrible treatment, the owner cursed at us and rudely asked us to leave. It's unbelievable how the largest table, with 12 people, was blatantly ignored while others were served. We waited for three hours just for our table to be cleared, long after everyone else had left. The staff, especially one Jamaican waitress, seemed to follow the owner's orders and were incredibly rude. Pouring our own drinks, menus left untouched, and being disregarded the whole night made it the worst experience ever. It was an eye-opener for me to witness such blatant racism that night.

Blossom Treasure — Google review

This is our second time eating at Indian Summer. We came back for the masala papad, fresh lime soda with salt, and delicious entrees (shahi paneer this time). The masala tea is also excellent. If you arrive near sunset, you will have a gorgeous view. However you may want to bring bug dope.Do not be in a rush. Everything is made to order. This is the best Indian food I've had since spending 7 months in India. There is a dinghy dock if you are arriving by dinghy.

Jerry Callen — Google review

Excellent restaurant. Food is tasty and the view is fantastic. I recommend 100%

Olivia Melchior — Google review

Such a delicious meal! Excellent food, great for a different option in Antigua the wait staff were friendly but a little slow but we are in the Caribbean so island time and the wonderful view of sunset more than made up for it . Would highly recommend the chicken tikka to start , was amazing. And will revisit next time in antuiga

James brown — Google review

Lovely & cosy dinner spot with the really mouth-watering food! Definitely a place to visit if you are in Antigua! 👌🏼

Ayyaz Ahmed — Google review

Such a delicious meal!! Excellent food, great recommendations from the wait staff, and a wonderful view of sunset from every single table. My waitress was knowledgable about gluten free menu options, which was amazing. Just be sure to wear bug spray- it’s over the water and the bugs were in full force.

Leah — Google review

This is far our favourite restaurant. Fantastic setting, fantastic staff and amazing food.Update 2024. A new set of staff which are really good. New furniture. The best Indian food on the island by a very long way.

Darryl Lake — Google review

Incredibly delicious!!! Order everything! We had butter chicken, palak paneer, shrimp vindaloo, chili garlic cheese naan and potato paratha.

Melissa Kuo — Google review

Best Indian on Antigua! After eating dozens of meals here over the past four years I can tell you Indian Summer is amazing! Vinny and his staff are friendly and helpful. The food is consistently fabulous but don’t order spicy if you don’t mean it! We love the Lobster tikka malai (in season) and of course Chicken Tikka Masala! We always get an extra order for lunch later in the week. A real find and it even has a dinghy dock next door.

Nobu Barbuda is a Japanese restaurant and bar located on Princess Diana Beach, formerly known as K Club. It has become a popular destination for both locals and visitors, who often arrive by helicopter or yacht to enjoy the spectacular location. The restaurant offers limited but high-quality menu options, with impeccable service and breathtaking views of the powdery sands and clear blue waters. Guests can also enjoy special co*cktails while watching the beautiful sunset or take a dip in the ocean before or after their meal.

This hidden gem of a sushi restaurant on the most beautiful, remote beach left me in awe. The food was an absolute delight, with each bite transporting me to a culinary paradise. The staff's warmth and friendliness added to the experience, making it a truly memorable dining escapade. If you crave both exquisite sushi and a serene, stunning location, this place is a must-visit.

Sarah Monroe — Google review

Absolutely great experience especially with a beautiful welcoming smile from Samantha. Nobu Barbuda is an amazing place to dine or just to sip special co*cktails whilst watching the beautiful sunset.

Matthew John — Google review

Unbelievable dining experience in Barbuda. If you're in the island, you need to stop here.

Andrew Shaw — Google review

Everything was perfect from beginning to end . The entry walking in and up the stairs was like walking into paradise . We were well greeted by Chris and walked over to our choice of tables outside by the powdery sands overlooking the clear blue water. He advised us that we have the option of swimming first or after lunch . They have showers and towels available on premises. It was a limited menu since they are closing for the season . So we tried to enjoy our best with what they have to offer. But everything was satisfying and delicious even though it’s limited menu. We were disappointed we couldn’t tried more of their magnificent food. The services from Jed and Chris was immaculate and top notch . My wife was super happy and satisfied that we made it here for her birthday lunch. Beautiful place in Barbuda and beautiful princess Diana beach .

vu t — Google review

Went for a drink at the bar and visited the beach. Amazing atmosphere and views of the ocean.

Nikole — Google review

I'm just going to preface this by saying that nothing that I say in this review is going to do Nobu Barbuda justice. With that said the food and the service were both impeccable. Literally the best sushi I've ever had, hands down. The staff were warm, knowledgeable and attentive without being too "swarmy".The ambiance, the beach...everything was pure perfection and I literally cannot wait to go back.

Cris Warner — Google review

Food had no flavor and was way overpriced. Taco was $12 USD and must buy 2. Lucky to get 2 bites out of 1 taco.Taco. Grilled vegetables were tasty but again $28 USD. overpriced.

Eileen Meingasner — Google review

Amazing food, amazing service and wonderful location. A must when visiting Barbuda

Lena Karlsson de Zulueta — Google review

The Nobu name brings expectations, and unfortunately this location does not live up to them.First, the good. The location is absolutely gorgeous, with deserted white sand beach spreading in both directions and the sparkling waters of the Caribbean directly in front of you. The ambience is that of an upscale beach cafe, integrated into the gorgeous setting. Now, the downsides. Given how remote it is, the location is primarily accessible by helicopter or boat. However, there is no dingy dock to get off on when coming in by boat, and the beach is quite steep. This results in a stressful arrival and departure, and is plainly unsafe. The food was good, but local items were priced as though they were imported, and flies buzzed around the table. If they build a dock I would consider returning, but until then it is not worth the hazard for the 50ish percent of their customers coming by boat.

Rokuni is a restaurant located on the eastern coast of Antigua in Willikies, offering amazing customer service and unique, delicious food. The host table provides a comfortable experience with a friendly and attentive hostess. Despite its remote location at the edge of Tropical Island Suites Resort, the restaurant's spacious and beautifully appointed foyer exudes quality and attention to detail. However, some visitors have faced challenges with directions due to its secluded setting.

100/10The customer service was AMAZING and omg the food was sooo unique and delicious.Came here as a group with some of my lady friends, and we enjoyed our time there, the night was full of laughter and smiles. We got the host table which was sooo comfortable, our hostess was literally the best, I can't remember her name but she has a very smooth deep voice. From the moment we arrived to the very last minute we left, she kept smiles on our faces.Loved lady, great restaurant, great food and staff!Keep up the great work and I'll definitely be back😉

Danielle Warner — Google review

The cuisine was a nice change of pace with Local, Japanese, and Thai fusion of dishes and flavors. We came for our Anniversary brunch and enjoyed the variety. The escargot was our mutual favorite.

Latosha Ross — Google review

Fantastic setting, food and vibes at Rokuni. Perched on some cliffs above the ocean with a fantastic infinity pool, Rokuni serves up delicious Asian fusion food and good music to create an amazing overall experience for visitors. We all had the day pass which allows unlimited food and drinks - although only for specific menu items. Everything was really good and the infinity pool was an amazing place to have a post-meal dip as well with beautiful views over the bay. It’s expensive, but in my opinion it’s one of the best experiences on the island.

Alex Harbin — Google review

One of the best medium priced restaurants we have visited in the Caribbean. Welcoming staff, delicious, well presented food, we had dim sum and duck, and in a pretty setting. The restaurant is accessible by tender, however, be aware that ropes securing the beach protection boom are close to the surface and we had to lift our engine. A lovely experience and we will definitely return.

Janet Sherwood — Google review

It was quite an adventure getting to the restaurant, with all the twists and turns, and well worth it. The ambiance was soothing; lovely night view of the bay.The food was delicious, especially the gyoza. It was an absolute must for me to order a take away serving of the stuff. The lamb just fell off the bone and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The punch packed a… well it packed a punch. 😁 No way I could have consumed more than one.And then there’s the customer service… Attentive, professional and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for more

This restaurant is 5 start, I am taking away 1 star because of the drive. It may seem little to many but as 2 women driving there, the gps took us on a back road. I was very skeptical but we reached so far to turn back around. When I realized the car could not make it up the rocky dark road, I got scared and I reached out to the customer care where Mikala tried her best to give me directions. We decided to turn back, as the car was sliding and we almost got stuck in the mud. When we finally made it out the back road and back to the Main Street I called Mikala again once in better phone service, she directed us to Nonsuch bay Resort. I wish there was a way for google to remove that route as it was scary getting stuck there.Once we got to the restaurant the hostess LeWanda was very nice. She asked if we had reservations to where I did not know I had to make. She explained it was a very busy night and she would try her best to accommodate us. I explained to her how we got lost and she was very understanding. She even told us to leave the car and she would have someone move it for us as she realized we were a bit all over being lost. From here on the experience got so much better. Our waitress Makayla took our drink orders. Great recommendations i enjoyed my drink. We were then given a table where we ordered food. The food was amazing. Tyler bought out my oysters and made conversations with us. The staff was so welcoming that we forgot about getting lost before.Shazi the floor manager he came over and introduced himself. I really enjoyed the conversation with him. All in all, the restaurant is a gem, the drive however is a killer.I suggest bigger Rokuni signs because as a driver esp at night it is very easy to miss the sign. The gps told us to turn right on “Adari Road”, I think there should be a sign right at that corner directing people to go straight. That road is dangerous and that is where the gps sent us.Overall i highly recommend this place, I even ordered food to go and the Sour sop pina colada was amazing. The food was worth the drive, but the employees Lewanda, Shazi, Tyler(main waitress), and both Makaylas (receptionist and first waitress) made the experience 100 times worth it.Catch me on ig @ _tammy9015

This restaurant is situated on the eastern coast of Antigua in Willikies, looking out across Nonsuch Bay towards Devils Bridge. Given its remote location on the edge of Tropical Island Suites Resort, Rokuni feels like a bit of a trek to get to, but my goodness it’s worth it. Walking into its spacious and beautifully appointed foyer, with independent bar and sea view seating area along it’s balcony, everything screams quality and attention to detail. Moving through into the dining area overlooking the bay there is an outdoor pool surrounded by day beds, everything feels relaxed and stylish. The Asian influenced dishes we tried were of a very good standard, and the co*cktails flawless. The staff were all highly attentive and accommodating, from the kind fella that parked our car, to Alex Grimley one of the Rock Group founders who is perhaps one of the loveliest blokes on earth. Highly recommended.

The service was GREAT! Everything was flavorful and the ambiance and scenery was spectacular. They were accommodating in making me a drink that wasn't on the menu and even that was done to perfection. 10/10 I'll definitely be back!

Rokuni is the latest restaurant for ROCKS group team. it’s located quite far from everything however it is a beautiful setting and totally relaxing when you get there. The service is great and staff are super friendly- you become fast friends. I would highly recommend the tuna tartar and the chicken and shrimp pad Thai- both were excellent! Oh my goodness, Clubhouse Antigua absolutely rocked my taste buds! I have to tell you about the lobster! Not just any lobster, but a colossal, mouthwatering beast that was ridiculously good. And guess what? It was a steal for how humongous and delicious it was! I'm talking serious yum factor here! We had a group of 10 and ordered 4 and they were all absolutely amazing. Now, let's get into the sushi boat, because yes, it's all aboard the 'S.S. Excellence' with this one! It was like a tidal wave of sushi goodness that just kept on giving. Every single bite was a voyage of flavor that made me want to sing sea shanties of savory delight. But wait, there's more! The tuna stack was a tower of freshness and zesty taste – we're talking layers of pure, oceanic love. It was like diving into the freshest catch of the day, without even getting your feet wet!And those drinks? Oh my stars, they were out-of-this-world amazing! Each sip was like a festive high-five to my senses. You need to try the drinks here; they're like a magic potion for your soul.I'm dead serious, I highly recommend Clubhouse Antigua. If you're after a good time and great food, this place has got it in spades, clubs, diamonds, and hearts. Don't walk, run to have a meal you'll be giddy about for ages! That night view! And the Owner is truly a fantastic lady!!!! She made me want to move there, sad to be back home lol

Nice place, but not sure it's worthy of all of the "culinary excellence" I see in the other reviews. My sushi roll was good but the burger was just a burger w/ a dry bun. Overall, good experience but I think there are better restaurants on the island! Trivia night was fun. Be prepared for a 3 hour dinner.

Clubhouse Antigua is a shining example of culinary excellence. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with an ambiance that promised a memorable dining experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the massive lobster – a dish that presents an incredible value for its size and exquisitely savory taste. The tenderness of the meat paired with the expert preparation made for a feast that was nothing short of phenomenal. The tuna stack was another standout, boasting extreme freshness and a burst of flavors that danced delightfully on the palate. The careful balance of ingredients in the tuna stack spoke to the chef’s ability to harness and showcase the natural flavors of the seafood. The drinks menu did not disappoint either. Each beverage was crafted to perfection, providing an amazing complement to the food. Whether you are a connoisseur of fine wines or a lover of inventive co*cktails, you will find the drinks impressively satisfying and a true enhancement to the overall dining experience.I would highly recommend Clubhouse Antigua to anyone looking for an exceptional meal that strikes the perfect balance between gourmet quality and a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere. This restaurant does not just serve food; it delivers a culinary adventure that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Went for my son's birthday for sushi. They went out of the way to make it special. Wonderful people, food and restaurant. Recommend it!

My tween wanted to try as she unexpectedly asked for sushi. She was so impressed and the waitress was so patient and kind with her. Food was good. Service was fairly quick. (Note we didn't do hibachi, but I have a feeling we will be at some point.)Pricing fair for quality and portion.

I love spicy tuna in my sushi and it is excellent here. Just the right amount of spice to add flavor without burning, fantastic. Pictured is four rolls, Manhatten, Crazy, Blackjack, and Spicy Tuna Rainbow. I'd recommend all four and they have become our go to when we come here. Also had gyoza on this visit which wasn't to hard or soft like some places like but a nice medium texture. Last but not least we had a large soke served hot, which was about 8 bucks.

Tasty food with entertaining cook at the grill and lots of options for vegetarians as well. The staff is cordial and very efficient. Limited dessert options so 1 less star. Very good ambience.

Really good sushi roll (dynamite roll) and crab rangoon.Kids hibachi for our son.love how they give you a bottle of yum yum sauce and spicy mayo for your table. We had a male server who was awesome and attentive

If they are gonna charge double between a kids plate and regular then they need more food for the regular. Lady that took our order was very rude

Fabulous! Delicious freshly made and artistically served sushis. Service was lovely!!!! This is a huge restaurant so no worries to get a seat. Would definitely come back!

I took my girlfriend here for our 1 month anniversary date since she had never seen hibachi before, and she loved it. The service and food portions were adequate, staff was friendly enough. The showmanship of the chef was average. I would give a 3 star review since it definitely wasnt bad, but could have been better, but since my girlfriend loved it as her first hibachi experience, it was worth an extra star.

Came here with my family (a party of 13) for my husband’s birthday on 6/17/23. We made reservations prior, and they were SO nice and accommodating! The waiter was awesome, so polite and patient while taking our orders and the hibachi show from the chef was fantastic! Very talented at what he does. They even went the extra mile and came out with a drum and sang happy birthday to my husband, and gave him a free piece of tempura cheesecake, which he said was delicious. Very, very nice people and great food. Thanks for making my husband’s birthday so special!

Great place to get great food fresh, straight from the grill. Try me things. Enjoy the company you with or broaden into the experience of the community started with you. Steak omg and rice with the vegetables and me and my man we love sweet carrots are to die for. There's shrimp I know is good when my 11 year old daughter, with a geographical tongue which means taste changes daily loves it. As well as my husband and my 14 year old. Just not in my palette of liking. Enjoyed our waiter and our chef I don't recall their names however I could point them out in a minute and be happy to be seated at their table without question.

My daughter and I came here for a late lunch on a Sunday. You could sit at a grill, but we chose to sit in a booth instead. The server was nice and attentive. It was slow at that time, which was great because we got our food quick. Our food was delicious. My daughter got the hibachi steak & chicken, and I got the sushi dinner rolls (your choice of 3 sushi rolls). Everything was so good that we wanted to eat more, but we were stuffed. We'll definitely return again.

The customer service at 5 Senses Restaurant is incredibly welcoming, from the moment you arrive until you leave. The menu offers delicious options that are definitely worth trying, although they do tend to be on the pricier side starting just before $100ec. The venue itself has wheelchair access and also features a mini store and library, providing a complete waterfront relaxation experience whether you're alone or with company. The food blend is exceptional and the restaurant has an amazing view.

Very hospitable customer service from arrival to departure. Every menu item ordered was worth the bite but most items start just before $100ec. This venue has wheelchair access with a mini store and library catering to the ultimate waterfront relaxation experience alone or with company. The food blend is awesome if you missed that part.

Perfect spot for date night. The fine dining experience at Five Senses was one of the finest experiences I’ve had on island. Chef Antoine and his team are fantastic. Would recommend 💙

We had a wonderful birthday dinner. Excellent service, attention to detail and food. The ambience was amazing as well. Servers were attentive and friendly.

We understand that the restaurant has gone through a revamp and we dined on the third night of the new menu and chef. The food was immaculate - delicious spices and flavours cooked exceptionally well - the octopus was done to perfection. Also attentive to my spouses' nut allergy. We felt it was a Japanese/Peruvian inspired menu delivered with a very high quality and loved the fish of the day and ceviche. The co*cktails were inventive and left you wanting more, as were the desserts.Strongly recommend to anyone in English Harbour or beyond - the price point is justified by the quality of service and food. Lovely waitstaff with high attention to detail (particularly given the inevitable kinks of a first week)!

Amazing views and environment with excellent food and service. The ambience was beautiful and the chef and staff was able to accommodate our big party of 9 with children and all of their needs!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing authentic clean tasty food along with a beautiful view.

The waterfront view made the ambience a bit intimate yet open. Very inviting. The host was pleasant and the food delectable

Excellent food, great setting on the water, great staff. Lovely wine. I’m saving five stars for truly superb food, so this gets four, but it really is good and better than anything else we’ve had in Antigua.

Rachel Temple — Google review

Super expensive for what you are getting. Our starters were yummy, tacos, bao buns and sushi! But the mains were quite tasteless.. the chicken katsu had no sauces and no flavor and the risotto also tasteless, needed cheese or anything… but beautiful view

We had a group of 9 on 2/28/2024 to celebrate an anniversary. Making a reservation online was easy. Food and drinks were delish. Atmosphere was great. Pricey but worth it.
